1. PLACES / MARYMERE FALLS TRAIL
Starting from the Storm King Ranger Station, you will follow a paved path and signage for Marymere Falls. You will then enter a gorgeous old-growth forest for a half mile to a trail junction. Head left under the towering canopy of huge conifer trees to head upstream. You will then see another trail junction where you will head right for Merymere Falls (just follow the signs!). You will go over two large bridges and then reach a loop trail that heads up stairs to give you a view of the waterfall. There are various interesting trees and logs to climb and explore along the mossy, very green trail.
