Rainy days are amazing for getting outside. Here's how to stay dry and warm for rainy day exploration.

Tips and tricks to dressing while wearing your little one so everyone stays comfortable.
WHAT TO BRING
Push, Carry, Walk
Determine the best way to transport your little one. Even small babies get heavy in your arms and toddlers tire quickly, so determine if you will need to bring a carrier or stroller for your time outside.
Be sure to consider the terrain! For example, pushing a stroller around the block is going to feel very different than on a rocky trail!
Snacks & Water
Let's be honest - snacks can be an excellent bribe if your kiddo gets tired on your adventure! Bring favorite and age-appropriate snacks and water bottles to keep everyone happy on trail. Don't forget to pack snacks and water for yourself too!
Extra Clothes
If you're outside time includes getting wet or muddy, be sure to bring extra clothes!
And having extra clothes and diapers in the car also comes in hand if you have a little baby, we all know things can get messy!
Weather Add-Ons
Winter? Grab an extra hat or gloves - those things tend to disappear on the trail if your little one is determined enough. Summer? Be sure to have a sun hat and sunblock as needed!
