Helpful Trail Information
This trail is excellent for strollers, carrying small children, child-paced walks, and bikes. There are two ways to get to the beach from the main path. If you take the fork left through the meadow, you'll get to the beach faster, but it's sometimes muddy. If you take the fork right, it's longer but paved. There are lots of excellent climbing boulders and logs all along the trail.

Strollers, bikes, carriers, beach toys, towels, sunscreen, hats.
What baby or child hazards are there on this hike?
Fast-moving bicyclists, creek/wetland along the trail, open water at Nevada Beach.
