Head out on this 2.5-mile loop trail near Tahoe Vista, California. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 1 h 6 min to complete. This tour of North Tahoe Regional Park's trail system begins with a gentle climb to a ridge. After a few miles, you will eventually descend to hop on to the Pam Emmerich Memorial Pinedrop Trail. The Pinedrop trail is a paved path, and it will lead you back into the main part of the park to finish the loop. This is a popular trail for hiking, snowshoeing, and running, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. Dogs are welcome.
